Today I visited the Jade Ore Museum in Tokyo. This is the only museum in Japan specialized in Jade. It opened in 2002 with a collection of the curator Nobuyuki Tsurumi, to preserve the jade gemstone in Itoi River, Omi ( Nigata Prefecture). It’s a small museum with a very interesting collection.
