Tamachi - Tokyo - Japan

After nearly one month away, I am back in Tokyo. I thought about spending this month travelling in Japan but, it’s cheaper to go on holidays abroad.
So tonight to celebrate my return I went out for dinner and drinks in Tamachi.
This is one of the areas in Tokyo that has suffered a lot of transformation. Once known as a place where rice was grown, today is a concrete ‘’jungle’’. During the economic Japanese miracle Tamachi became a business centre and is now the home of several embassies and major companies.
It is also the nearest JR station to Keio University and Temple University Japan. Most of its population consists of students and workers who commute every day from different parts of the city.
