Well, well, well...today, I had the surprise of the month: I found a Portuguese restaurant in Tokyo.
Manuel Churrascaria in Takanawa, has a truly Portuguese menu that includes: salada de polvo, pasteis de bacalhau, chourico assado, ameijoas 'a bolhao pato, sardinhas assadas, frango grelhado or entrecosto na brasa. All the dishes can be matched with a vast selection of Portuguese wines.
The interior is decorated in Portuguese style and you will certainly eat your meal while listening to Fado music.
I recommend the chicken piri-piri with Sagres beer or Casal Garcia wine.
Enjoy! Bom Apetite!
