Condominium Lifestyle (Dua Residence) - Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia
Kuala Lumpur caters for all kind of expatriate residential
requirements. One can find all types of housing: bungalows, detached houses, (in
gated communities), as well as one of the expatriate’s favourites: an apartment
in a condominium!
For those residing in Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC), a
condominium is the most common choice. The amount of low density housing or
bungalows in KLCC is minimal. Nevertheless with the number of high rise condominiums
it’s easy to find one to suit the requirements.
Most condominiums have swimming pools, children’s
playgrounds (indoor & outdoor), gymnasiums, sauna & steam bath,
Multi-Purpose Hall & Barbecue area. KLCC can be a great location for those who work in the area,
plus there are many bars and restaurants as well as child friendly related
activities.
The Pearl, One KL, The Oval, The Binjai, Park Seven, Stonor
Park, Avenue K and Dua Residence (featured below) - are all walking distance
from The Petronas Towers and very popular with Expatriate families.

Tamarind Springs Restaurant - Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia
The
Tamarind Springs is set on a fantastic location on the outskirts of Kuala
Lumpur. A trip to this restaurant is a superb
experience! Their fusion of Asian cuisine results in fantastic dishes, the
service is excellent and above all, its location near the jungle makes the
visit even more pleasant. This is definitely one of my top restaurants in Kuala
Lumpur.
Tourists
and expatriates in Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur shouldn’t miss the chance to visit.
One advice: don’t forget the spray anti-mosquito! Apart from that you should
have a fantastic experience!
