The Intermarkt - Jaya Grocer - Groceries Shopping - Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia
One of the questions I’m often
asked by friends living outside Malaysia is: can you buy alcohol?
The answer is a clear yes; alcohol
is more expensive than in Western countries but it’s widely available.
Most supermarkets have an alcohol
section. I’ve recently discovered the Jaya Grocer at the Intermark KLCC. They
have a good selection of wine as well as other western products and non halal
food. Apart from the supermarket, at the
Intermark you can also find a food court, some shops and diverse restaurants
and bars. It’s a great option for all of
those who like to avoid crowds, it has a very quiet atmosphere.
